How we work

Four principles guide every engagement.

01

Practical

Solutions should work operationally, not just on paper.

02

Defensible

Decisions, policies and recommendations should be grounded in evidence, authority and sound reasoning.

03

Collaborative

Strong systems depend on organizations, communities and partner agencies working together.

04

Sustainable

Programs should build lasting internal capacity rather than create unnecessary dependency.
